From 2016 – 2019 I am the Co-Founder of South Bend 7, LLC. A debt fee private equity real estate fund which focused on purchasing single family homes in the midwest.
My ex-partner and I created this fund to allow passive investors an opportunity to grow their capital in a debt free, income producing environment. Upon leaving, we achieved a portfolio value of $2.5 million.
